An innovative structural design that characterizes the following major features:
High Efficiency & Productivity
- Suitable for dyeing either thin, medium, or thick fabrics with excess capacity if necessary - to enable cost-down in production while eliminate the problem of color-variation out of different dyeing tubes in use.
- Available with high liquor flow rates while under low pressures. The applicable jet pressure 0.4~2.5Kg/m² enables a fast fabric circulating speed from 150 to 500m/min. — to enable a homogeneous dyeing result out of an effectively shortened cycle time.
- A special dual jacket design within the dyeing tube to save the volume of water in use, and keep liquor ratio as low between 1:3.5 ~6 against different fabrics.
- Lifting reels driven by a special torque motor with inverter control - to prevent fabrics from tangling over reels.
Superb Dyeing Quality & Flexibility
- The most up-to-date structural design enables fabrics run faster under low-tension status, therefore to avoid damages on fabrics due to creasing, scratching, slipping, and chafing over the fabrics.
- The steady and constant liquor level maintained under the environment of specially constructed inner chambers enables a secure running order as well as color accumulation over the fabrics, while keeping them away from influences of any temperature fluctuations.
- An integrated and automatic process control system is adopted for surveillances over heating, cooling, temperature gradient, fluid injection, water charging, discharging, pressurizing, depressurizing, rinsing, sampling etc. The programmable operation system is also capable of independent, remote, or centralized monitoring & controls in accordance with customer's various requirements.
Rapid Dyeing & Expandable Flexibility
- Suitable for all fabrics, woven or knitted alike, which have weight from 40 to 600 g/m² and with textures of T, T/C, T/R, T/W etc. This machine is specially recommended for working over suiting fabrics, lycra, woollen, newly-developed synthetic fiber and is blends, N/T, N/C, etc.
- In addition to essential dyeing applications, this machine is also useful for applications in fabric relaxing, creping, and filament-detwisting etc. The following options are available against your request:
